I called Slueth due to an abnormally high water bill. Along with gathering the information I needed to provide the county, Philip went above and beyond in his explanations about how different systems work - toilets, water pressure, irrigation systems, those pipes that stick out of your roof. He instructed me regarding things to watch out for given the age of my house, indications of problems, things I can fix myself and things I would call a plumber for. Sleuth Leak Detection, represented by Phillip, was terrific. They responded quickly and were able to find the leak and start the process to getting it repaired. Phillip was knowledgeable, efficient and personable. He took the time to explain things and to lay out the choices and next steps. Part of what he had to do was a little messy but he cleaned up everything perfectly. He is an excellent representative for your company and that speaks well not only of him, but you as an employer. A young man Bobbie , from Sleuth, showed up at my Granddaughters condo and explained what he would be doing in order to find a leak that she had somewhere!!! I couldn't be more satisfied with Eric and Sleuth Leak Detection. I am truly impressed with both the quality of work and professionalism.We had a sewer gas smell in our bathroom and called a plumber who recommended Sleuth to us to smoke out our system and find the source. We did not have a proper cleanout for them to work with, but Eric persisted and looked in every possible place to find where one might be. Eventually he found where one should be placed (but had never been installed) and then continued to assess our issues even though a smoke test wouldn't be possible. He found the problem and saved us time and money. The explanation of the issue was clear and thorough; and he nade sure to take the time to clean up after himself.Excellent service, excellent value, knowledgeable and professional 5/5.

10 STARS... Kyle came out the same day we called. He is extremely knowledgeable, very kind and very professional. He found EXACTLY where the leak was, under our tile floor, and carefully took the exact tile out. He escavated under the slab and clamped the leak off so that we can use our water until the plumber is able to come make the full repair. Then he cleaned everything up so neatly and didn't make a mess at all. I'm actually surprised at how exact and precise he was in finding the pin-point spot of the leak. We are just so pleased with Sleuth Inc. and so thankful that they have such a wonderful, knowledgeable young man as Kyle Roberts working for their company. We HIGHLY recommend them... and if you're in the Sarasota or Manatee area, ask for Kyle.

We have been dealing with sewer gas smells for several years in our lower level apartment. We completely renovated it after Hurricane Ian and although it looks beautiful, it smells terrible.Marty was able to pinpoint the source of the gas. It really did take some sleuthing and he didn't quit until all aspects, potential sources and theories were exhausted. We have a plumber scheduled to make the repairs. If I could give more stars I would.
